Hodgson Fish, would like to say a huge congratulations to our existing Michelin Star restaurants, and an enormous well done to the newest additions, of this prestigious award.

Firstly we would like to congratulate The Angel, Hetton; with origins dating back to the 15^th Century, it has, in recent years, held the reputation of being ‘the destination establishment.’ With future plans to create a new fine dining restaurant, we wish the team further success in their endeavours.

Secondly we have: Askham Hall a family owned ‘living’ estate; Known for their use of homegrown seasonal produce

Thirdly Cottage in the Wood a 17^th Century restaurant, who is best known for its fresh fish and locally sourced produce.

Lastly Old Stamp House originally known for where Wordsworth once worked, this restaurant offers a ‘unique and unprecedented experience.’

Once again a huge congratulations is to be extended to the existing Michelin Star restaurants and the newest additions to the coveted constellation.
