An enormous Titan of the deep is making a brief appearance at Hodgson fish Wholesale Factory tomorrow. (22nd November 2023). A Huge Blue Fin Tuna (see image below), from UK Waters, weighing 114kg (18 stone) will arrive, be processed, then sent to one of our discerning customers. Sadly the season ends for these majestic giants at the end of November so this will likely be the last we will see this year.
