We are delighted to announce that several of our restaurants have been recognised by the Good Food Award for Fish & Chips 2020 (Good Chippy Awards)

This accolade is only presented to 200 winners from across the UK, out of 10,500 fish and chip outlets. The Winners are judged against competitors as well as receiving consistent, positive customer feedback, and having a great food-hygiene score.

The Katch, Northallerton, a fish restaurant who also offer take away services, duly awarded the Good Food Award for Fish and Chips 2020.

Magpie Café, Whitby, offering a prime position of Whitby, whilst coveting the accolade for Good Food Award for Fish and Chips 2020.

Mary Lambert’s, Hartlepool, a family run business, showcasing more than 60years of experience, evident with their award for Good Food Award for Fish and Chips 2020.

In addition to this highly prestigious award, we would also like to extend a huge congratulations to Mary Lambert’s, Hartlepool and The Woodman’s Arms, Whickham, on being shortlisted to the final 3, for the Best Foodservice Operator Award in National Fish & Chips Award.
